The front desk staff the night of our checkin was courteous and accommodating to our needs. The pool was very small and cold. The fitness room was nice though. The rooms were very spacious and a nice sitting area.
Stellar location! Carpet need Replacing!!!!!!!! The front desk staff is friendly and helpful! The hallways on the floors are filthy, the carpet is disgusting. The heat was on so high it was ridiculous, during the Coronavirus, the air conditioning in the hallways needs to be on to stop bacteria from growing. Also, the maid walked in without knocking and used the same rag to clean the bathroom and wipe down a few things in the bedroom. I had to spray it all down with alcohol after she left. Très bon emplacement. Dans un quartier animé et à la croisée de la ligne de métro pour le centre et le bus 66 pour Harvard. Hôtel très propre et chambre confortable. Il y a un Starbuck dans l'hôtel avec des tarifs proches du Starbuck le plus proche. Nous allions rendre notre petit déjeuner au Allium Market and Coffee. Très bien. Nice stay Lovely service. The hotel needs some TLC / doors and carpets need upgrading.
The floor we were put on was lined with garbage bags and the desk in the room was sticky. It’s covid why is this place not clean..
Staff was very friendly and accommodating... I didn’t like how I was charged to park and pay full price for my room. I am a health care professional and I expected a little more from Marriott during this time.
