The building is aging and the doorknobs stick. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room is clean. The hotel is accessible to many shops and restaurants and close to Boston College.

Double charged I was double charged when checking out on Saturday. I called Sunday morning, and they took my info but never called back. I called again Wednesday, and left my info with accounting and still no call back.
