Staff was wonderful from the desk, the cleaning crew to the restaurant staff as well.
Perfect place to rest in-between hospital visits We had just spent a difficult day at Brigham and Woman's Hospital and we needed a place to rest. We made a last minute reservation at the Marriott Courtyard in Brookline. The hotel is only about a five minute drive from the hospital. The room was spacious and clean, the two queen-sized double beds were comfortable, and the shower was hot. We needed a place to rest and decompress and it was perfect. I enjoyed the location and the Starbucks cafe. Most importantly the staff members are all delightful, helpful and professional. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area.
JoJo The fan in the room ran all night and kept us awake. The covers were so thin. The hallways were so dirty.
I was only there one night to be close to Children's Hospital for an early morning appt. I would rate it as excellent except that they did not offer valet parking. I was traveling by myself with a child in a wheel chair it would have been helpful to have the options of curbside assistance.
Friendliest check in process I've experienced at a hotel.
