The hotel has nice staff and good location. However the hotel restaurant was understaffed the day we had breakfast, took forever to get our meal and things like coffee refills, sheets didn’t match bed size, I called front desk for room coffee supplies and she had no one to bring them up to my room, and the front desk area smelled like disinfectant spray.
Didn’t get the room I paid for.
I get the 11 am check out, and 3 pm check in, time to clean rooms. But when its 3 pm, and your room is still not ready, that is on the hotel. Further, I was given a lesser room, and told that the price difference would be subtracted, which it was not at check out. So I had to stand there and talk to them about that for 30 minutes to get properly charged. No discounts or Marriott points offered.
