First room dirty. Second room ok. Shower floor felt filmy. Told parking was 48 charged 60
There were so many issues with my stay that I am getting in contact with customer service for a refund. It was one situation after another with no follow up or follow through.
What could go right here? Nothing I think. What did go right about this stay? Nothing. Our first room didn’t have heat/ac working, and had a lamp out, so we told the front desk before sightseeing. When we came back it still wasn’t working and when we went to call the front desk the phone didn’t work. I had to use my personal and was put on hold so long that I got downstairs to find hardly a line and spoke to the front desk. Everythi g was horrible there were no amenities and hair everywhere...
Not happy Our hotel was not what we booked, we received two full beds instead of a king then when we got switched to the king room, we were informed that there were no king rooms that included a bathtub, which is what we booked. We were told that hotels.com made a mistake on the listing and spent too much time swapping rooms, we also slid on black ice in front of the hotel and had to spend half of the next day getting my car fixed and could not use my car as intended
