Curtis & his staff really take the time to make sure you’re comfortable with the fit. You can take your time looking at frames & find the best pair that is going to work for you. When I got my first pair of glasses, Curtis took the time to make sure I was able to adjust without any problems. He explained everything in detail. Curtis & his staff are wonderful. I recommend them to everyone I know.
What can I say about CPS Optix, the service is amazing!! Curtis is a caring optician who truly shows that he loves his craft. The staff are very professional and kind. The office manager Tina is very pleasant and handles any issues in regards to the insurance. The prices are the best I've encountered, and the selection to choose from are top notch. I'm recommending CPS Optix to my entire family since we all need 🕶️🤓!!
They don't rush you while you're picking your frames and do their best to find the best fit for you. They work on your convenience to give you the best experience. I highly recommend coming here. Especially if it's a glasses emergency, they are quick to solve problems.
Curtis and Tina are amazing! They are so knowledgeable about both products and insurance. Their prices are lower than any other eye glass company and their knowledge about lenses and options for what you need/ want and what fits your budget is so great. I really appreciate that they are a family run business that I can wholeheartedly support. They even can do some lenses in house! Friendly, knowledgeable and no pressure sales! Great company!
Excellent service! My mom had surgery on Tuesday. Her glasses came in and Curtis hand delivered them on Saturday to her home. He was extremely professional and glasses fit perfect. Our family would recommend CPS optix without hesitation!
