App never works
Please fix your app, for months now it will not let me log in. I enter my credentials and does nothing.
the app keeps taking my money but not showing an order actually being placed. it has done this several times. this just shows how cb does not care about fixing their app at all.
I downloaded this to start rewards and signed up and everything. Then cracker barrel kept saying I don't have rewards and logging in wasn't working. I tried the website which didn't work either. Maybe they have improved since then but I deleted the app.
Poor UI design. App offers a login, but even on login the return to the menu and cart loses the login token or info. Go to order family dinner, select loaded hashbrown casserole, go through the entire checkout process just to see odd error message about the side only being available until 12/25, and the order will not be placed. Impossible to order. Go to website ordering, same thing happens. It's almost as though the company actively wants to lose more customers...
