App will not update or open either.
I would give the app and the recent Cracker Barrel move a 100 minus, but not possible. The most disgusting move against an otherwise GREAT! southern American icon in the restaurant business. Has always, in the past, given me and my family a warm inviting feeling when hungry while traveling, but "NOT ANYMORE!!!!"
Useless to me. Gave it my email address to sign in, it said it would send a verification code. An hour later, still no code so I can't login and I can't check my order.
broken app, don't use this, app didn't place an order at first, showed error, but then 25 minutes later placed the order without me knowing, charged me $7 more than originally shown and sent it to a cracker barrel across town.... terrible, borderline criminal. called the store they said it happens all the time, luckily they made okay but dang that must be rough on the franchises
Update: now it says it needs updated, will says it's not compatible anymore on my device so I guess we're done ordering from CB until they fix it or I get a new phone. 😠 This app is extremely frustrating. It won't keep you logged in & even after getting into the app will not let me log in. Likewise, it will not keep the location so I have to either let it access my location or search everytime.

Love CB. Hate the app. Every time you log in, it takes you back to home page and doesn't log you in. Even after update
I had the app for over a year but now my phone is not compatible with the app. I had to delete the app. 😥
so very glitchy. can't log in or order now
Currently cannot use app. I've tried all sorts of things, including uninstalling and reinstalling. It didn't work.
