the app used to be wonderful for ordering online and redeeming points. with the latest update this app is no longer compatible with my device
I get a message that App isn't compatible with my phone which is an Android. 2 weeks later still won't download. I will not get a new phone just to get Cracker Barrel App. No response from Cracker Barrel

why is the app no longer compatible with my phone when I just used it?
The app says I have to be inside the building to check in. I walk in and still can't check in. I walk to the host station and still can't check in. What's the point? 9/1/25 the woke app update has taken away the rewards "pegs" that I had. I almost had enough for a free meal. not only that, but the app isn't as user-friendly as it used to be. I can see why the stock dropped so much.
