forced to try to update my app but yet it says it's not supported for Android they sure do know how to drive a company straight into the ground I feel bad for all the employees that work at the local stores
The new logo is plain, ugly, and awful. Bring back the old logo! Don't California my Tennessee!!!
Seriously? Terrible app replaced with new terrible app, but I have to delete all my information and load a new app that doesn't work? Not compatible with my phone. You people do know that old people are your main customers? Right? I'm starting to think leadership is changing stuff just for the sake of change - not improvement. Food and service have declined while prices have increased. Now an "update" that isn't compatible with a 2021 Motorola? I'm done.
I refuse to update due to all the negative issues I've seen, plus I despise that ugly new logo. The moment they "Remodel" my local Cracker Barrel is the moment I stop patronizing this once great company.
I will be boycotting cracker barrel unless you go back to the original store design, values and logo @

App update is not compatible with my phone. Many senior citizens have older model phones. Why would you make such an ill advised decision? I will not purchase a new phone in order to use your app. If you can't provide a solution, we don't need to patronize Cracker Barrel anymore.
