Didn't want to update to the new logo. Bring my boy back, you hacks!
frustrating as not compatible with my android phone.
Edit: Aug 2025: Next new app lost all rewards, forgot my nearest store, lost all info. You must start new account with new company's CRM provider. Why should we? Take Uncle Herschel off the sign, but the first "Our favorite" is named after him, is that a double insult or just ignorant disrespect? Old Review summary: App changed, hard to find anything, pickup features disfunctional.

the app never worked, I've tried to use it at the store many times and it doesn't work. this review isn't about the logo change although I don't like the new logo, Cracker Barrel needs to go back, honestly the new logo just shows the current executives don't know their market and are overstepping their bounds.
