Uninstalling app. I will not spend money here anymore. The food isn't extraordinary. It was the atmosphere we enjoyed dining in. Nobody asked for the change. I mean nobody

The new app is not working. States it's not compatible with my Android phone. I have at least one free meal plus many extra points sitting on the other app. if I delete the app I'm afraid those points are going to be lost. Very dissatisfied with the changes being made at Cracker Barrel over the last several years. I am a long-time supporter and I'm very disturbed with what's going on at the restaurant. My business is going to be going elsewhere if something doesn't change soon.
Used to have good country food but now they have tried cheaper I guess! Ruined the food, ruined the atmosphere!
