I hate the fact that you removed the iconic logo that honored a man who was a founder of the restaurant. I do not want your new app,.with that disgusting,meaningless logo. This is a dishonor to Hershel and it is a dishonor to Southerners and farmers! A big thumbs down 👎!
Not easy to login. Have to try several times before it works
Cool another perfectly fine restaurant ruined for no good reason. I can't wait for the insides to all be converted into soulless grey and white just like every other chain that 'rebrands' (removes literally everything unique about itself which were the only reasons for going). Bye bye.
I had the original app and accidentally deleted it. when I went back to the play store to reinstall it, the message said, this app will not work on my device. why won't it work? my phone's not that old. it worked before. how do I check my points now and how do I order now? am I supposed to buy a $3,000 phone or an Apple phone. geez. just leave things alone and quit changing everything to the worst. you'll be going out of business.

Where do I delete my account? I'm not downloading a New Cracker Barrel. If the old man dies so does my account. I rarely go anymore where I once went multiple times per week. The prices are outrageous, portions smaller and they beg for tips at the cash register.
