I wouldn't order off the app because the Uber people don't even bring you your food and they take off with it and you still get charged for it I talked to the manager at the cracker barrel Bridgeport location and she did her best but Uber is the one that is not handling it the right way so I do not suggest ordering on this app maybe just using it to look at their menu

This is now the 3rd time I've had to delete and reinstall the app because it wasn't working! Absolutely ridiculous!! I'm not sure what's going on with the App but you need to fix it because you're going to lose a customer very soon! Very disappointed with the App! And don't bother using the App Chat Support because it's A I. and they don't do a damn thing to actually help you!
App broken AGAIN!!!!!! Attempted to order, could not put in payment info, was prompted to update app to complete transaction. Could not update the app as that was not an option, so Uninstaller and reinstalled it. Attempted my order again, auto fill data for payment was put in all of the wrong fields, and even after I corrected it I was still prompted to update the app to be able to order. This is common sequence of events for the Cracker Barrell app every few weeks. CB app devs suck.

it wouldn't let me order. said i needed to update the app, but I had literally just downloaded it, so it's the newest version

App states it is incompatible with my 5 year old phone and newest (less than 1 year old) phone but does download on my wife's 2 year old phone. All Android. Make it make sense.
DO NOT INSTALL! Cracker Barrel is trying to go out of business by forcing customers to order using an app that doesn't work! THERE HAS BEEN NO REPLY FROM THE DEVELOPER SINCE 2023, THIS APP IS ABANDONED. This is the most difficult app I have ever used to unsuccessfully order a meal. The app is not user friendly and when you select forgot password (new phone here), you're never sent a link to reset your password. I made these complaints 2 years ago and they still haven't been fixed.
update: App STILL DOES NOT WORK. Deleteing and reinstalling didnt do anything. Doesn't work for placing orders! Everytime for almost 3 months it will not allow me to check out. it says to check my payment details, no matter what card I use. It only worked when I redeemed rewards and had a zero balance. So something must be wrong with the payment section.

HEAR ME NOW CRACKER BARREL. IF YOU DONT FIX THE APP SO I CAN SIGN IN AND RECEIVE MY POINTS, I WONT BE SPENDING ANYMORE MONEY AT ANY CRACKER BARREL EVER. I may have to walk a little more on my lunch break (instead of right next door) to a place that won't rob me of my reward points.

App keeps logging me out for some reason and every time I try to log back in, it just goes back to the sign-in in/join page.
