There is some kind of glitch with this app, because it will never let me login. Every time I put in my email and password, it takes me back to the main page as if I had never logged in. It only allows you to order through it as a guest as a result. No ability to use rewards, please fix!!!!

needs to have a more seamless way of letting the restuarant know when you've arrived for curbside pickup. there have been several times when I did not get an email or text message

It is 2025 and Cracker Barrel still can't get their app to work right. Makes me wonder if the people in charge of the app are the sams ones in charge of (poorly) redecorating the stores and messing up the menu.

app will not let me log in .I've tried several times. i even changed password. it keeps going back to the home screen to sign in.
The app NEVER works! It just keeps asking me to sign in over and over. It accepts the email and password, but doesn't actually log me in. I have even reset the password but that's all it will do. I still can't do anything but enter my email and password over and over. click on anything else and it asks me to login or join again. It's completely useless!
