provide password criteria prior to user typing in initial password. ridiculous to type in password twice only to get response that it doesn't meet requirements. Just tell people up front. missing another basic feature. have a show password button so people can actually see if their passwords match prior to submitting.

Whenever they do a visual update to the menu the entire app and website fall apart. For instance the chicken and dumplings you can now only get during a weekday special since the app doesn't show you the 2 or 3 sides to customize the meal. Without customizing it errors out and won't let you order it. Also like everyone else has said, the log in process is needlessly annoying and broken.
