I will change this rating as soon as the app or website gives me a "light ice" option so I don't have to call every time. edit: there's no way to get ahold of anyone on the phone today to tell them I need light ice. this will be the last order I place until this issue is fixed and I'll let others know of my issues

App needs some improvement. When ordering Family Meals, you can pick out the condiments, but the button at the bottom on my Android doesn't let you add to carts. Same with plates, cutlery and napkins. I will just call in my order next time!!

The app is not friendly. It keeps telling you to sign in, when you already have, account details is freezing up. Games are not explained. I visit Cracker Barrel often and this is very frustrating.

first off when I'm trying to sign in it says put your email address in and it won't even let me click on it then your your app says get it for pickup or delivery but it has no option for delivery so your app is garbage
