App is HORRIBLE. Sign in never works, can't add Utensils or sauces because button to confirm add is so low it hits phone buttons, sign in for rewards never works either. What a pita. Already did everything AI response says to do, including reaching out. Resolved nothing, using copycat recipes at home now cause its easier than dealing with this nonsense lmao

doesn't give confirmation of payment. I clicked submit payment 3 times and no confirmation. the lady said it can take up to 20 minutes but I don't know if I could leave or not because I don't want to walk out on a meal. tried a 4th time later and it said the payment due was a negative number, so I guess it went through?

Painful. I successfully placed an order, maybe twice with this app. Issues with logging in, last issue was logged in, got everyone's order in, and was at the last button to checkout, and it said the app needed to be updated in Google play store or Apple.... Checked Google, which I use, and no update is needed. Calling to order is more painful at times. No Cracker Barrel tonight. 30 mins of frustration.

Broken , wants my birthday but insists my birth month only has 30 days instead of the 31 days the rest of the world is fully aware of. more issues as well. Do these people even try out their own apps to see if they work? Just junk.
