Will not let me log into app. I have completed app updates, uninstalled & reinstalled, restarted phone, and none of that works. I am able to log in using browser, but the app **will not** recognize my credentials, so I would have to check out as a guest to use the ap.

ugh. Update - Still clunky. Never can check out. Invalid token time and time again. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Didn't work. 08/2021 - Clunky, needs work. Billing address is a PO Box and app won't let me enter that in payment. Even though I'm not shipping anything and the shipping address is a street by address. Menu is a little all over the place. Specials are hard to differentiate from others. This app has gotten better since I've been using it, but still a few areas that need work.
Terrible experience, trying to use rewards on app is impossible. Love Cracker Barrel hate the app

Tried to order pickup, came to $19 and change, go to checkout and it's $26. Tried the online chat, totally useless.

The app was fine until recently. I can't even sign into my account. I even changed the password, and it still won't let me in.

Can't login. No matter how many times I try using the verification code when the app refreshes it still asks to login. This has been an ongoing problem. Also when using the dine-in pay even when logged in the app it takes you to a web but you are no logged in and if don't pay attention then will be as guest and not get rewards.

Literally can't sign in to use my points. They need to make it to where when u sign in u stay in. So annoying.
