Anytime you are picking sides, “1st side” is missing. Even on the veggie plate where it's supposed to be 4 sides, you're only able to pick 3. Then I'm the one that has to take the time to open a chat on the website when I'm sure they have an entire application team that could go in and found this issue. Ridiculous.

This app is borderline fraudulent. I have been charged up to 4 times for the same purchase, and have spent countless hours on the phone with various CB managers to get it corrected afterwards. The worst part is, unless I notice the duplicate charges myself, nobody will, and it shows up as a no-show order on their side. Also, the majority of 5 star reviews here are fake, and probably bought. The AI generated CB comment telling you to contact their other AI is ridiculous.

I can't believe all the good reviews. If the App worked, it would be good. Instead, it makes you sign in every time. It does not save your information or allow use of a fingerprint. After signing in to use Mobile Pay, you have to sign in, again, to have any chance at earning rewards for your meal. Then, payment goes through you about half the time. There is no way to verify the charge without asking your waitress or constantly checking your account. Google Pay seems particularly prone to fail
This app has had a persistent problem for years now where it fails to sign you in. It normally takes me at least 3 tries (with the same info!) for it to actually log in. I'm not the only one with the same issue. Sadly, their website is no better.

Have to sign in multiple times before it takes and sometimes still doesn't sign in. I know info is right because I can sign into computer.
