When at the table trying to pay the check using the app (while logged in) it takes you to a web browser and doesn't recognize that you're logged in, allowing you to pay but it doesn't register the points to your account.

I stopped using this app because it NEVER allows me to log into my account despite multiple attempts at one time. Considered going to a Cracker Barrel in Flagstaff, but because your app is so broken and useless,I went to another one of your competitors who has an app that works.

Doubt bother. Worst. App. Ever. When you try to pay at the table using the provided QR code on the check, it freezes up. You wind up at the register anyway just to make sure your bill is paid. Which is good, because it wasn't! I end up angry EVERY time I try to use it.

I try to sign in, and it takes me to the "Create An Account" page every time. I have reset my password and it's still not working.
Every single time I've tried to complete an online order through this app for the past 6 or 7 months I always get greeted with the same message: "Order Error: We are currently unable to take your order. Please check your payment information and try again. (200)". Here's the thing, though: there's absolutely NOTHING wrong with any of the payment methods I've attempted to use in the payment process!! Nothing at all!! It's so frustrating! PLEASE HELP!
