You don't see this review disputed. How could they? It's true! $17.96 for eggs,grits and coffee. That's an insane price. $1 spent = 1 peg. 75 pegs ($75) rewards are offered. Multiple locations: when you order a meal and you pay for it at the end the cashier asks, would you like to get that free drink with your meal. That is 75 pegs $75 for a drink. It is a deceptive way of getting you to use your points that is cost effective for Cracker Barrel. And the seniors are not properly informed.

It refuses to stay logged in. I would actually have a few nice things to say but constantly having to log in every time with no option to stay logged in is getting infuriating. Even if I close it for a second. What point does that serve

Every time I try to sign in for the rewards, the app goes back to the main page as if I didn't try to sign in at all. This has been happening every time I visit the restaurant.

Requires repeated login constantly and doesn't accept biometrics. You have to remember a password. It's unable to load gift cards or add to a gift card balance. So far, no functionality noted for this app except tracking rewards which are impossible to earn. Rewards expire in just a year and are extremely slow to earn. Will update my review if I see improvement. CB, don't bother with an auto response just improve please.
Can only do 6 people on the wait-list. Call them on the phone "we don't do wait list over the phone, but we have immediate seating." Get there 10min later, and it's a 30 min wait, while the person at the stand puts your party on the wait-list, which they absolutely could do over the phone but don't. What an avoidably stupid system. Update: Note the generic response here. When you go to the site, there is no option for issues with the app. Posting auto replies in one star reviews is pathetic

whenever i try and order almost anything it tells me i need to awnser the "add soup?" but theres no option to do so.
