3 main complaints. 1)unable to type special requests for the kitchen and limited "customs" option 2) credit card information not saved to profile 3) The app really falls short with Thanksgiving pre-orders... after placing a $200 order you cannot see any details. Time/Day to pickup, order customizations, option to cancel, nothing. THIS needs to be improved. --Edit--- 4) automated dev response, Reinstall does not fix design flaws.

STAY AWAY . I USE TO PAY %9.82 FOR A MEAL . I WENT TO CRACKER BARREL THE OTHER DAY AND GOT THE SAME MEAL AND THEY CHARGED ME $17.63 . THEY HAVE DOUBLED THEIR PRICES . THEIR PRICES ARE SO HIGH I SEE WHY THEY ARE CLOSING LOCATIONS. PEOPLE CANT AFFORD TO EAT THERE AND I WILL NOT GO BACK TO A HIGH PRICED CRACKER BARREL .
