I scan my receipt to pay on the phone. Ask for me to login to the account for rewards. Goes to home page with no way to find the bill pay. Download the app hopefully easier. Nope scan receipt to only bring you back to the start.

We have ordered online 2 times. Both times stuff was missing. By the time we got home alot of the food was cold. Won't order through this app again

Would not log in for rewards, no matter how many times I correctly give my password. It acts like it's logging in, then just goes back to the home page without logging in. This was eventually resolved by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. It's still frustrating that this even happened, and the app had to be removed just to fix it. Was very tempted to just not reinstall.

App does not autofill with credit card, got to type in number.. absolutely pathetic, get with it It's 2024 I mean really. Website is even worse wouldn't let me submit order.

Frustrating. App does not remember me and will not allow me to sign in to the Rewards for checkout. Hard to navigate and has led me to eat elsewhere on occasion.

It seems that every month I have issues trying to sign on to this app. It is very frustrating as no one has fixed this issue. Your verification codes do NOT ever show up on my email (Yahoo) and all spam has been checked, cache cleared and app uninstalled and reinstalled..It is an issue with your site and YAHOO emails as my friends have the same issue. Nothing works! Please fix this issue!

The app would not connect to my member account and when I went to check out as a guest, the app wouldn't accept the format of my gift card. Wasted too much of my time.

I have been kicked off of my account for some time now and every attempt to log in fails. It recognizes if I use the wrong email or password, but when everything is entered correctly, I press sign in, and im sent back to the home screen of the app and my account hasn't been logged in. It's pointless to have used this app before and racked up points just to be locked out of my own account.
