This app requires me to login repeatedly, insists I finish a old order from October, (it's November now) and loops around and around when trying to access the sweepstakes. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it still wants me to complete the order from October. Don't bother with it. It is broken and a complete waste of time. I can't even use the points I in earned without placing a mobile order and then contacting the checkout staff in the restaurant.

It would be nice to be able to sign in. This app never remembers my password and doesn't try to sign me in even after I've done a password reset. Not being able to earn pegs is not worth keeping this app. Delete.

Was okay at first. This past week tried ordering Thursday meal and would let me. Kept telling me to update my bread dressing option (which comes with the meal, not a side). So couldn't order. Yesterday tried ordering Saturday meal bbq ribs. Said not available in my store (yet it's an option). Looked on the Door Dash app, it was there for $5 more. Like others have said it's annoying having to put in your credit card information every time as well. I like Cracker Barrel. Not a fan of this app tho.

At first, the app was great, I could not sign in or stay signed, I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same thing. I'll just be doing it from my internet from now on.

App never works. Forces sign in at each attempt to open but never allows it to occur or to allow password reset. They just need to trash this and start over.

Literally every single time I want to place an order I have to uninstall and reinstall the app just to get the login to work. What a broken piece of junk.
