Poor execution when it comes to paying using the app. When you do, it takes you to your browser where if you are not careful, you will pay as a guest. You need to sign in again. There are times when I open the app, and I also need to sign in. That means signing in twice to pay. Ridiculous. I have uninstalled an installed the app, still the same.

The app keeps logging me out. And when I try logging back in it makes me enter a code that's emailed /texted to me. I had to try logging in over 6 times once. Then when I finally got in the app sent me to the website to pay where I had to start logging in to the website all over again. Eventually we just went to the cashier instead of the paying online with the app. When I've gotten it to work it seems fine but I always have to try logging in multiple times before I get anywhere.
Great when I first got the app, but I haven't been able to place orders through the app lately. It keeps signing me out and I have a difficult time signing in. Not because I forgot my password. The app is just uncooperative. If I manage to get my order selected, it won't follow through with placing the order. I would like to get my points for ordering and be able to use my points, but this app is not allowing that to happen.

This app is a fiery piece of dumpster scum. Very slow, refuses to login correctly then when you go to check out it erases your order. After 2 times I said f'it and called the restaurant.
I have to change my password every time I place an order. And I have to re-enter my credit card information. I never have this problem on any app but Cracker Barrel.

About the only thing this happened is good for is getting your name on waiting list. The payment portion rarely works. Need some work.
