It worked for about a month but now I can never log in no matter how many times I try. No real support for it either

Terribly designed reward app IMO. Clunky UI. I had to log in a total of 4 times for it to keep me logged in. Clearly the spins are fixed to give you 1 peg every spin instead of other better incentives. A total of 6 spins between mine and my girlfriends account and every win was 1 peg. What a joke. The fact that the pegs expire so quick is also ridiculous. Not a great value to incentivise return customers overall. Y'all missed very hard on the rewards program/app. Do better.
The app is kinda pointless other than for rewards. You are not able to check in for a table at any cracker barrel I've been to at least. When you go up to the host stand after checking in and waiting they turn you away because you didn't come to the stand to check in. What's the point of the app check in if checking in does nothing?
