Can't get in to the cracker barrel and to log in at all

Customer service for the app is horrible. It takes them a full month to respond to anything, and you get copy/pasted garbage. And if you try to message them back again they just ghost you. I'm about ready to leave a BBB complaint over it.
Have all the businesses out there decided they just don't give a damn about their apps anymore? App after app just fails to function. I can't login. I reset my password. I STILL can't login. Fire the app company! They apparently don't care. Surely Cracker Barrel does...?

I spent several minutes trying to track my food order only to realize people can't even order food because your app is dumb. People, to order take out, you have to confirm your address first to unlock the finalize payment. It uses the net to confirm you listed a correct address
