Garbage app get someone on payroll and pay them appropriately to build an actual app that works
App is total unmitigated trash. Can't use reward pegs to get free entree. Also website same story.

Not useful. We kept seeing signs at our table saying to download the app for a free appetizer, so we did. Come to find the app is ONLY for take-out orders. You can't use it for dine-in at all, which is the only way we eat Cracker Barrel because we're usually on the road when we choose here. What's the point of a rewards system that only rewards certain dining options?
