I love Craker Barrell but this App is a Total waste of your time. 1. When you open the app to scan your ticket to pay... it asks me to re-sign in or register each time in order to earn or redeem rewards. 2. Also.. no history for dine in payments. Provides NO evidence that youve paid. ugh. Pointless. Ive unistalled it. Waste of my time.

Utter garbage. You can NEVER login to check rewards, when you RE-signup and lose your rewards you did have. Have a rewards program make it work or dont bother and bilk people's email to send GARBAGE SPAM, THAT it does well....

Tried 8 times to log in today and it just kept kicking back to the main app screen. Why can we just log in inside the app, and stay logged in, instead of being dumped out to a web page that didn't log you in on the app? Such a pain!

When you order a product that comes with gravy and it makes you remove the gravy then there is seriously something wrong with their application. Every time I go to the application I find issues. It's getting to where I just use the phone and call because the application just runs you in circles

You can't order certain meals without clicking "no gravy" or "no topping" which completely defeats the entire purpose of having that on the meals.
