I'm not sure why there is a new bug every time I open the app. Now it's forcing you to select "No gravy" with every menu item even if you want the gravy. Between this and trying to order off the website is wild.

Says I must choose to remove Gravy from my country-fried steak. But, I don't want to remove gravy. Useless for that reason alone.

For some reason I have to select no gravy for anything that has gravy. I WANT GRAVY! Fix the bug! Cannot place an order otherwise.

The reward part never works. When you login, it takes you back to the login page. You can search for locations and view the menu, but that is all.

The app used to work great, but now it's an absolute mess. It won't allow you to order Country Fried Steak (dinner or breakfast) unless you select No Gravy. What's the point of the Country Fried Steak without Sawmill Gravy? Several other options, it simply won't allow you to add the selected items to your order.

This app needs a lot of work. I cannot add notes to the order, and when ordering biscuits, it requires I remove the gravy to order them.
Finally found a review that explains problems that I've had with this worthless app. See 2/1/24 review SJ Thom. Use the app and experience total frustration.
So i get a birthday gift BUT only if i order it on the app, use the coupon after i purchase it, and is only available for pickup, but not all the desserts are available? Am i getting that right? Don't even offer it at that point stop making things so difficult.

So sorry about the confusion, Justin! You are able to redeem your birthday gift in the app and online. Just be sure you're signed in, add the birthday treat to your cart from the Dessert page, and click 'You have rewards, redeem now' at the top of the cart and you should see the reward applied. Hopefully that helps and happy birthday!
This all is making me add an extra meat option that I don't want!! I don't need it want steak tips added. What is wrong with this picture!!!!!!!!!????????
