It did not copy the QR code- and I lost 59 reward points.
Never loads in store and when you try to do bonus game kicks you out of the app. Loyalty only goes as far as you paying and no rewards with this app.

For some reason I can only see catering items in the app. I can not see regular menu items. I don't see the point in having the app if the solution is to go to the website to order to-go food. Am I the only one with this issue?

Can't order ..always an error or an issue .
This app sucks, every time I open it asks me to sign in, I put my info in and it wants me to create an account when I already have one then when I click on the bonus game it wants me to sign in again.....what a waste of time
Place an order get a pick up time and go to get the food and they don't have your order. When placing an order it loses your order then when you reenter the order it doubles it. Poor experience, hate this app. UPDATE: This app is still the worst! It is no surprise when it does not work. That is the norm. The surprise (and a not often one) is when it does work. Can this company not hire someone who knows how to create a good app?
App crashes instantly when you add any item to cart. Specs to duplicate: OnePlus 8 pro on latest update as of 2024-02-03 Tried several fresh reinstalls and a phone reset to solve.
