Ordering has been fine but my problem is the rewards. Signed up and was supposed to get free spins on the wheel and you can't even spin the wheel. When you click on it you have to sign in again and then it takes you back to the app so you click again and it just keeps making you sign in and never works.

App is dodgy at best. Peg game won't load.
Rewards won't load to play games
The app has a game to play to earn rewards but im signed into the app i click on the play button and it says sorry you have to sign in first im signed in then it takes me to another spot where it tells me to sign up for the rewards i click on that and enter my email and then it just says loading i have left it saying that for over 10 minutes doesn't go anywhere

Clunky and dumb. The app drops your items from the cart randomly, but then when you close the app in frustration (and order from somewhere else) the items will magically be in your cart a month later (when you foolishly decide to try this app again). If you want to use your rewards it takes you out of the app to your phone's web browser to sign in. And the pièce de résistance is that unlike every other restaurant app I've used it will not use your saved Google Pay form of payment. SO MUCH FUN!

Why doesn't the app allow you to view/ order the sides? And when it es working before, it did not include the broccoli and cheddar side item. Please fix this app.
Really bad. This app is not self-contained. When you scan your receipt, it takes you to a website where you have to sign in again, and sometimes there are glitches where the payment doesn't go through properly. I have to check my credit card to make sure I am not double charged. I only scan to receive the points. It's hardly worth it. Fix this, please.. and make this entirely self-contained when we pay by scanning the receipt.
