Had it for a whopping 10 minutes and uninstalled it. Couldn't get it to stay open long enough to even start an order.

Something is wrong because the prices in the app do not agree with local website prices and "could not load shopping basket" so cannot checkout and place order using web. Google Play doesn't show any updates. 01/27/24
The menu on the app is all from the catering menu. I can't order individual meals like I used to for months now.

There is something wrong ordering tried to order the other day only would let me order catering not Individual ordering and would not let me see the whole menu. The app is clearly messed up re-download still doing the same thing on app. Please fix

Please enable the ability to pay with a gift card via the app. I ended up having to call in my order, which is so inconvenient
There's no point in an app if it's going to open a web browser any time you try to do anything.

The app is constantly messing up when trying to order thru app for pickup and that's even if my store is allowing app orders on top of this I have multiple hundreds of pegs built up and can't redeem in the app I've done what it says to do! it doesn't show at checkout or even in cart when I wanted to redeem it also my bday dessert couldn't be redeemed because the app didn't offer dessert other than a retail Hershey bar I'm over it! I love cracker barrell 😞 fix the app PLZ!

The app is super slow even when I have good signal. It never lets me sign in. It keeps taking me to the sign up screen when I enter my username and password. I've never been able to use it.

Out of all the good apps I use, Cracker Barrels has always been the worst. It looks amazing but it is the buggiest food app there is.
