I have been trying to order a delivery order (trying to use a 75 pegreward ) for an hour and a half now. I've uninstalled/reinstalled the app 3 times each now. I have also cleared the cache/storage 3 times each as well. Upon trying to place my order for the 6th time after trying all of the previous for one final time right before, it still doesn't work and I can't even get to my cart at all. I have used the app maybe once or twice in the past without issue but I have been unable to view individual items for the last month, everything is set for catering large portions. Un/reinstalling didnt help. If I click on anything in the menu (like "individual sides") I get sent to the catering breakfast menu, where I'm only able to order family sized meals $80+. I have the flu and just wanted to order 1 chicken & dumplin meal 🥲

Unable to pull up daily menu it has it divided into the different categories for the daily menu but when clicked on brings up the the larger buffet meals. I have already tried removing the app and reinstalling it with no change.

No point in this app most times as every time you go to do something it opens a new window in the Internet browser and not in the app. On top of that, the app can't even be used in the store to pay or to use the rewards. It's very weirdly designed and should be completely redone to be effective or even useful. I see the app as just an ad for cracker barrel, nothing more.
Tried to order the catfish dinner, and it's not anywhere on the menu. I had to call the restaurant and wait on hold to place an order.
Confusing
Was told I had to spend 25.00 to use my reward points. I had 132 points. I didn't see this in the instructions.
