Can't order in Individual meals
Dont buy any more cracker barrel gift cards.Dont take gift cards online. Push gift cards down your throat but only take them instore. Dont worry though, look at reviews from the past 2 years,they're on top of it. They keep repeating "should be fixed very soon". Im sure any day they'll get that rectified (heavy sarcasm). On top of that, the app is extremely buggy and poorly designed. Doesn't work most of time. Gift card balance page only give errors. Forced to call phone number for balances.
You can't order anything unless you choose the extra meat option that is over $5. The website is the same.

I ordered 2 Dolly rocking chairs... was accepted. Still have no word and money is still not been with drawn. Tried reaching out and calling. Waited along time to get these chairs... who can I call.... I did and nothing and your chat doesn't work... would like to talk to someone live

How are you going to let me go through the whole order processing just to tell me that the store closes too soon to place my order. This is an app flaw that needs to be fixed because my time if very valuable to me. Wasting my time then telling me you can not give me the food anyway is a good way to get dine and dashed.
EDIT: Problem after problem with this app! I browsed heat and serve options but never added anything to my cart. Now, whenever I open the app it says "resume order" and WILL NOT even let me view individual meals. It shows the categories but any that I select only show the heat and serve meals. So frustrating! I can't even order from the app! Edit AGAIN:Tried installing under 2 other emails, same freaking problem! Deleting app now since I can't use it. Thanks Cracker Barrel 🤬
