Needs fixing asap! Can't hardly use the peg rewards on the app or in person. Haven't been able to spin the wheel in a month to get rewards and now I can't even place an online order!

Half of the menu you can't even order, and the order half have to be ordered after a certain time of the day. How about just showing what you can order at that time, it's very annoying to say the least.

Can't even look at the menu to make an order because no matter what category I click it is only bringing up the buffet style and family meals! I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times in the last month and it's still not allowing me to view the actual menu.

Can't complete a order period . Won't try the website it's all the same can't use .
Cant use gift cards for for mobile orders nor table orders with a gift card. Ads push gigt cards yet cant redeem in app. When can gift cards be used on the app?

I placed an order through the app for delivery. My order was missing a side of corn muffins that I paid extra for. I tried notifying Cracker Barrel using the app, but the chat feature wasn't working. I emailed and received a response that I would hear back in 5 business days. When there was no response in 5 days, I called Guest Relations and left a voice mail message. I waited another 5 days and still heard nothing. I am uninstalling the app and won't be placing any more orders.
