I can't leave notes or instructions within the order. I ordered smothered fried chops. I dont like the gravy directly on the chops, it gets soggy by the time i get home. Why isnt this option available (sauce on the side) or a box to leave notes? Now when i call my LOCAL CB Im rerouted to a call center, where theres a ton of key presses just to be told to hold before im finally taken to the local store. What a hassle just to make an order. And why cant i let the store know ive arrived in the app?
Every time I try to join the rewards program I never get sent the verification email to finish signing up.
Will not load "shopping basket," so I can't order anything.
Still having issues ordering
Frustrating! Not very user friendly. I can be signed into the app and try to do a function there and it ends up going to the internet version and making me sign in again! For example, I scanned the code from my receipt IN the app while I was signed in. It went to a different page. I paid. But I didn't get any rewards for my meal. I did the Dolly chair thing. Again, I clicked it while signed in on the app. But it made me sign in again!! No one wants to constantly have to keep signing in!
This app is still a mess.Cant save to cart. upcharges a meal from $10.98 to $12.98..no extra sides added.
Waited 20 minutes to order our drinks then whe we got that we put our order in for the food and 40 minutes later still nothing. The waitress didn't even want to serve us so we got up and went to the register to pay for our drinks and the cashier went and got the managet. He came up and didn't even try to handle the situation right and hurried us out of there. Very bad experience. We are regulars there and that costed them as customers. Don't appreciate it.
This app sucks. I try to spin the rewards wheel in always asking me to sign in when I am already signed in. 3 free spins that I can not use. Can not do any of the activities. Need to fix your app.
If there was an alternate pay option other than giving my CC number.
