Can't place order, getting invalid token error. Really sucks.
It is awful. I have update it everytime I use it and never works.
Hopefully the new update will fix this app. Right now this app is horrible. Tried for a long to order. Finally gave up and called the store to place order.
Disappointed. I got a new phone and lost the Cracker Barrel games app. All I can find now is this food app.
Can't find single orders on app just family sizes
Well a token validation error stop me from ordering from this app. Delete.
It's impossible to sign up for rewards in the app. It takes 15+ minutes to receive the email verification code and the session is expired by then. Literally impossible. I've been trying for days. It's also impossible to order fried catfish. The grilled catfish appears to work just fine, but the fried catfish requires you to choose how many sides you want... but you can't. The sides aren't even an option.
App keeps having errors. I had to log into the website to place a pickup order.
Sitting in Cracker Barrel right now. App will not allow me to create an account due to "No available external _customer_ids_found". So no free appetizer, no rewards, no ANYTHING. Is this a scam app to steel information? What is the deal?
