No gift card redemption? I'm single and don't like to dine in if it's just me. Why do you not allow users to pay with gift cards. I have several which were given to me before you decided to get rid of the menu item, Uncle Herschel's Favorite. I can't think of any restaurant that delivers that doesn't let you use a gift card on their app if they have them. Wow and I just received my order. Smallest portions ever. The two supposed cod fillets don't even equal 1 fillet together. Truly sad.
Can't order anything. Token validation failed at checkout.
Placed my order while I was logged out. Logged in to pay and my order disappeared, put my order in again, but it wouldn't load my cart while I was logged in and kept giving an error. Logged out and restarted the app several times with the same result. I noticed that every time I logged out all my items from before I logged in were still in the cart. So I ended up just checking out as a guest. Frustrating!
Never received verification email for the rewards program. Uninstalled.
Can't place an order. Gives error . Had to order ahead by either calling or the website. Their food however still one of the best for the price.
App will let you order but when you go check out it will not go through... this is 3 times in a row trying to use it...
Checkout declines every time because of an "invalid token" or some other nonsense, despite good cell service. Terrible.
The app will not load the basket to place an order. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have reset my password. Nothing works.
Rarely works to let you join the wait list. It often gives an error message despite having a wait once you arrive at the store.
