I try to sign in and join rewards on both the app and web. When submitting my name, birthday and phone number, the app says An error occurred at the Salesforce and the website says Request failed with status 400.

I have tried to join to get rewards multiple times but as others below have said the password reset verification email takes so long to get to my inbox it is no longer valid. I have not joined before and have no password, but still it will not let me set one.

This app is awful. The password recovery doesn't work,trying to get points on mobile pay just takes you to an endless loop of logging in again. How about hiring a UX team and actually testing.
