Used to love this app, but when I tried using it to order Thanksgiving dinner today, it kept giving an error about the custom fields despite double checking that all had been filled in. My order could not be placed, then when I checked my bank account tonight, turns out I was double charged for said dinner (my mom ended up ordering successfully on her device). So now I get to kick fight and scream for a refund for being wrongly double charged. 😔

Your ordering system through the app is broken.I placed an order for pickup for Thanksgiving day.The order seemed to go through fine, but on Thanksgiving when I was going to pick up my order I got an email saying there was a problem with the order. I tried calling the store as the email instructed and was on hold for 45 minutes.I later found out after going to the store their phones had been shut off by corporate due to the volume and that my card somehow was declined and the order wasn't filled

This app is godawful. It won't let you add more than one meal to your cart. Good luck ordering for a family. Their website is bad but this app is even worse.

This is the worst restaurant app I've ever used. Joining the "Waitlist" is less than worthless. I tried it twice. The first time, they told me I was late, despite waiting in their insanely long line, as instructed. The second time, I was instructed to wait in line like the rest of the people that didn't sign up on the app. What's the point? Dear devs, use the Texas Roadhouse App one time. See all the stupid mistakes you made.

Bill payment needs to be handled through the app, allowing you to save your payment details. As it is now, it's only a real use when the checkouts are crowded.

Stupid hassel trying to log in because I already know my user and password, but I need to be protected and change my oassword EVERY TIME I LOG INTO THIS APP!

Still can only order corn muffins with catering which requires a 2 hour wait. So I have to wait 2 hours after ordering to get curbside, or call in an order and have to pick up inside.
