Very seamful and clubsy pick up, park and go nonfunctional. Link in email takes you to corporate page to place a new order, not notify of arrival as button implies. Better to call and place an order that way, less likely to be "lost"/forgotten at pick up as the store will know an order was actually placed. Cannot give zero stars, too bad gives 1 star apps a bad name.

This app is now completely broken. Before the update you frustratingly needed to keep the app open after joining the wait list in order to access the "I'm here" button. Now the button is completely inaccessible, meaning you can never check in, and have to just wait in line AGAIN when you get there.

Won't let you pay for online orders with a gift card ! Or if it will, I don't know how to do it !!!
What is the actual point of having a feature to place your spot in line, when you end up having to still wait over half an hour to be seated? We understood there would still be a wait, but that it would be shorter than normal. It was not. Useless feature.
The only good thing about the app is the ability to pay for your food at your table. No standing in line. I would never use it to order food for a pickup. I've tried this on multiple occasions and it never turned out good.
Cracker Barrel is disgusting now.
The most difficult restaurant app to try to use. It is not efficient and time-consuming and almost always ends up in not getting the order to go through. Randomly changes the order, does not save information, and kicks you out of the app. I have uninstalled it because it is worthless in actually getting food ordered.
