Impossible to sign up. No ability for Google or Facebook sign in. Horrible.
Your app is so hard to make an account It's refusing to let me make an account with a completely new email address. I've been trying over an hour and it still refuses to work right And yes I know all my info is correctly added . It also says my password is incorrect Witch is untrue it is correct on both of the email info spots . Please make your app simpler to add an account.
I can not place an order and pay for it through the app. IT IS USELESS!!!!!
Started an order, then noticed I got signed out... again. Tried to sign in, app crashed. Reinstalled app. Tried signing in again. App just locked up.
Fails frequently
Terrible concerning app. Not fully loading web site. Only can see the food section to order on site. Tried to see retail store merchandise wouldn't load on mobile app. I uninstalled and installed app didn't help. App not working I even cleared storage on phone didn't help. I called a couple of weeks ago about app and lady in guest relations tried to test app on her phone and it didn't work . I called 9/16/22again to get help. They guest relations at corporate were suppose to call me back no call
Still a garbage app. Can't place orders. Garbage garbage garbage. Take it out of the play store if you aren't going to service your app to work.
No search function
Very difficult to complete a food order. The major problem is scheduling. I chose the available offered time (30 mins away), only to be told it was no longer available. Tried to change to ASAP, but that too was unacceptable.
