Terrible app. Constantly says things are not available, then lets you add them anyways. Will lag out or sit on loading screens for minutes at a time. If you build your order before logging in, then login: it forgets your order. If you want to edit some items, it will make you redo all your choices. After clicking pay for your order the app sometimes will tell you that online ordering is unavailable for the entire day. Dont bother with the website; same experience. Just call it in.
Every time I put my self on the waiting list It won't let me let them know through the app that Im here. Used to work but not lately. Also I used to be able to pay my bill through the app but It won't let me anymore.
I've made an account and profile on here and it will never save my information. I must manually put in my information every time I want to order which is pointless if I want a quick faster way! I could literally call over the phone and swipe my card at the restaurant and it would be less hassle than using this app! Also it logs you out half way through your order and makes you reset your account. Awful experience the last three times I have used it. Utterly pointles.
Used the app to pay. Charged my credit card twice. The store can't help and said I must dispute the charge with my credit card company as there is no one I can call. Pretty bad system and customer service.
Call the store! Hard to navigate. Can't tell if items are added to cart. If an item is out of stock the app locks. Worst restaurant app on the internet. One million downloads, hundreds of restaurants, they can certainly afford to do better.
Doesn't work. Kept saying your cart cannot be verified.
This app is terrible. It doesn't save payment information, menu items are missing, and when I select "checkout" it says it can't process what's in my cart. This has been happening for months now, and it doesn't look like it's going to get better anytime soon. Not worth the install.
Horrible app, won't let you delete a meal if you change your mind before checking out. No way to use giftcards, one of the worse apps for restaurants I have tried. Plus it says all sides are discontinued.
Only good for looking at the menu, everything else is very clunky. Not sure why I can't move this 100+ MB app from internal phone storage to my SD card but that is a deal breaker for me.!
