I checked in, clicked we were here, got a text confirming we were here and in line, app showed we were 2nd in line, and about 5 mins later, after multiple people walked and and were immediately seated, the app no longer showed we were in line and I had never got a text message about a table. Asked the hostess and she said it's completely hit and miss, the app does that all the time. So basically it's worthless to join the wait list and we just should've just stood in line. Lesson learned.
Dismal, doesn't work. I downgraded to use old version but now they disabled that. Fix it and I'll eat here again pls.
It will not let you anything. No matter what I choose, it says that it's unavailable. 😡😡
Since getting my new phone all I get is a white screen! I used to love this app. I used it to pay my bill at the table. I used it several times a week. Very disappointing.
App hasn't worked correctly since April. I can't order anything😔. I get an error message that says item is no longer available.
Regular daily menu items appear as unavailable often causing me to call local restaurant to place order. Frequently an order error message appears when trying to pay. Several time I have encountered an outside delivery area for an order that is set up as a pick up in store. This app is not easy to use or convenient as the store answering service suggests.
No coupons
While it does allow you to order food for pickup, curbside or delivery fairly seemlessly, I have to login everytime and there's no way to save a payment method so I have to put a credit card EVERYTIME. And lately, it doesn't allow autofill so I have to type everything in manually. The app really needs an update to fix these issues.
This week is the second time they have offered free baked beans with the fried chicken meal. I put in the code and it comes back saying that it is invalid. It's kind of disappointing.
