What the Heck! The app use to be great! It will not let you order ANYTHING! HAVE TO ORDER VIA DOOR DASH!
Cannot pay in store with this app. The scanner does not scan the barcode. Tried 4 times. The app just opens the camera with no user interface.
Used to love this app. Great comfort food that is very affordable. Last 2 times I tried to order delivery, I kept getting "item not available" message every time I tried to add to cart. Very frustrating! Have they stopped taking delivery orders? If so, might have been nice to put mention of that on home page. Tried to order using GrubHub+ and prices were significantly higher. What has changed??? Please fix or let us know what's going on. Uninstalling and reinstalling did not solve the problem.
Their food is good. The app is poop. You can't stay logged in, it does not have any way to remember payment methods or use google pay, and most of the time the app shows I have an error when trying to order. I have un-installed and re-installed several times, updated my phone, and restarted my device several times to no avail. Please fix this app. I am hungry.
The app doesn't allow customization of sides w/meals like the Turkey Dinner (if you want mashed potatoes, not sweet potatoes) or request that things like gravy be on the side. If you forget to sign in before starting the order, it deletes the order & makes you start over when you get to the sign in step in the cart. When I place my order, I get an error, but the order goes through, as I get a text telling me how to pick it up. And it makes you enter your billing address every time your order.
Horrible app. Update 6-16-22 app opens, you can place an order but when you "pay" you get an error. Called the store, yep it went through, app just can't complete the order correctly. This is the only food app I have that the dev can't fix. Wife has Apple, their app is just as bad.
Guys, I have all thse gift cards. Why do you make it so hard to use them on mobile orders? No place online or on app to use gift card. FIX THAT.
Too bad we can't give it zero stars! This app NEVER works! If you don't sign in first, it deletes your whole order.
I went to cracker barrel yesterday waited all most 40 minutes to get my food by the time it was brought out it was cold the waitress was very rude never asked if I needed a refill the men's bathroom look like it wasn't cleaned in weeks
