I have tried on half a dozen different occasions, on different phones, to use the cracker barrel app. It has never worked.
I only liked the peg game. They removed it.
Worst food app I've downloaded. Missing many key menu items. Can't take a curbside order via phone either. Looks like they really don't want this type of business. I installed and moved on.
Glitchy. Had to reinstall after several weeks of use. Does not have option for payment via gift card. Couldn't process credit card because number field on screen defaults to Xs and the app thinks you've entered non- numeric!!

Will not install on Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra.
The app is not user friendly. Everytime I order i have to put all my info in just as tho I'm a new user. Might as well create a new account each time. Also If i put an order in the cart, then sign in, it deletes what I've selected and i have to start over. Plus it will not accept Google auto fill of my info. It's a mess. I have to type in my address and card info when Google could do that automatically.
Yeah after trying to use it I was left tired and hungry ended up walking to the Waffle House and getting food for the night .
As far as this app goes. Are you kidding me??? I cant even place an order. Every time I make a selection and customize it, it says item no longer available. Until yall get this thing squared away, it is a complete waste of customers' time
