No way to report issues with your order. Cracker Barrel makes no effort to correct orders when your order is missing entire meals.
I tried ordering 3 different items that were listed on the menu and each time got an error message it works good when it works
Claims to have QR code to scan for payment but does not. Receipt Has note about QR code but no QR Cracker Barrel didn't used to involve itself in technology and I guess that was better.
Won't install...
Can't order anything from the app and it doesn't have a choice for fried okra. It doesn't matter since we can't order a thing from the app anyway huh? 😒
Can't use a gift card to order online.
Tried several times to order but kept getting an error message.
App is extremely slow, and Mobile Pay feature doesn't work. Not for me at least. I'm 0 for 4 trying.
I get something went wrong errors every time I use it.
