I'm disabled and wanted to do a curbside but the app is charging me 22% sales tax. My order came to $22.98 & I was charged $7.00 taxes. Total: 29.98. Also need a area for special instructions. I don't like lemon on my fish but there's no where to tell them this info.
Can't even install it
I've been trying for 3 years to use this app, I've never been able to place an order, errors ordering items, errors loading the basket, error trying to place order.
Never works. Finally uninstalled it.
Horrible app. Wouldn't let me order. Waited til I entered all my info, then lost order completey. Wasted 20 minutes of my life. You just lost $50
It worked at first getting to go orders but then an order has been stuck in my cart and cannot delete. And now it's telling me that everything is unavailable! It's just getting worse!
Says card is expired....it's not.
The app does NOT offer many food items that ARE available.
Worst restaurant app ever!! I kept giving me an error at checkout. I called the restaurant and was hung up on multiple times. I finally gave up and just had dinner somewhere else.
